1.采用符合食品行业卫生标准并且耐油的隔膜滤板,隔膜材料制为聚丙烯(pp),利用油(空气)对隔膜压榨,压榨压力1.6MPa,使得滤饼较干,得油率高。
2.压榨过程结束后,对各管道实行正吹/反吹,将残留在管道中的油吹回到结晶罐中,并使得滤饼从滤布上剥离,卸料时易于脱落
3.所得液油通过特殊的透明的软管收集到总管当中,便于观察到滤液的浊度状况,而且有效的防止液油接触空气氧化,影响产品的口味,内衬钢丝网的半透明软管不易折断、不易压扁、保证了液油排出流道的畅通
4.滤布及滤布清洗:滤布是隔膜压滤机应用于油脂分提工艺的核心技术,直接影响着分担的效果与收得率的高低,本公司采用瑞士制造的滤布,使用于硬脂和液油的分离,具有滤液清、滤饼易脱落的特点
